The B2B Sales Executive will focus on developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Daily activities include prospecting new business accounts, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating closely with operations and ticketing teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery for corporate bookings. The B2B Sales Executive will monitor market trends, maintain an updated sales pipeline, achieve assigned sales targets, and prepare regular reports on performance and client feedback.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries.Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.Ability to identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and work toward clear revenue and growth targets.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working on-site in Heliopolis and meeting clients face-to-face when required.Familiarity with corporate travel needs, group bookings, and travel packages is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in common office and CRM tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and basic sales/CRM software).High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset.
