You will focus on converting leads into active payers through our internal payment channels and expanding our footprint in the B2B market, in addition to our traditional C2C base.You are responsible for:Present and sell our property solutions, highlighting the value of our specialised servicesMeet and exceed monthly conversion targets by ensuring high-quality ARPUEngage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as neededFollow up on pending payments and "Active Accounts" to ensure consistent revenue flowDemonstrate dubizzle products to the client, tailoring the best offer/package based on their need and budgetEducate and persuade customers to process all transactions and payments exclusively through Our Internal ChannelElaborate on dubizzle's payment portfolio, finding the best payment solution relevant to the client and ensuring successful payment processingHandle complex negotiations with both B2B and C2C clients to close deals effectivelyIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise account valueBuild lasting relationships with clients based on trust and reliabilityUtilise software, scripts, and tools appropriatelyUnderstand and strive to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer serviceConsistently hit and exceed sales KPIs (Daily calls, conversion rates, and total revenue)Make sales or provide recommendations for products or services that may better suit the client's needsTake part in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and its positionAdhere to all company policies and proceduresBe able to conduct market research surveys with buyers or sellersCollect data about consumers, competitors, and market conditionsBuild rapport with clients over the phone to ensure the survey is completed within the required timeCapture the information via the company CRM so that the information can be processed correctlyRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or any related field, or equivalent certificationProven track record in Outbound Sales (prefer Property experience)Minimum 1 year of general business experience that includes problem resolution, business writing, quality improvement and customer service; Good understanding of company products, services, and policies;Proficient with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills;Ability to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems;Ability to work a flexible work schedule;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional sales skills, customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voiceStrong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skillsExcellent problem-solving skills;Multi-tasking abilities;Patience when handling tough cases;Strong time management and decision-making skillsSelf-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude;Passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience;Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills;Skilled problem-solver and multi-tasker;Critical thinkerBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamComprehensive Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
