Who We AreThe Picnic Factory (TPF) is a growing furniture company specializing in designing and manufacturing functional, sustainable wooden furniture for restaurants, architects, and developers. As part of our expansion plans, we’re looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team and help drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new B2B clients, including restaurants, cafés, architects, developers, and companies.Conduct client visits, present our products and solutions, and close sales deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Follow up on projects from initiation to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field is a strong plus.Experience in the furniture, fit-out, or interior design industry.Must own a car (essential for client and site visits).Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Good communication and English language skills.What We OfferCompetitive basic salary plus commission on every closed deal.Car/Fuel allowance.A supportive and friendly work environment where your ideas matter.Real opportunities for professional growth as the company expands.
