Job Title: Interior Design Sales Engineer (Furniture)Location: Obour City – Industrial Zone, EgyptAbout the Role:The Picnic Factory is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer with experience in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored furniture solutions that meet client needs across commercial and residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in project sales (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clientsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsPrepare technical and commercial proposals based on project requirementsCoordinate with design and production teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectationsConduct site visits, meetings, and presentations with clientsFollow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipelineAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIsStay updated on market trends and competitor activitiesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field2–5+ years of experience in furniture sales or project salesStrong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customizationExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to read drawings (AutoCAD is a plus)Strong client management and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressureWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + commission structureCareer growth opportunities in a growing companyDynamic and collaborative work environment
