The organization is committed to innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement in urban mobility and parking management.Role Description The Parking Operation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned parking facilities. This role includes supervising on-ground teams, monitoring occupancy and revenue, ensuring smooth entry and exit flows, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The supervisor will implement operating procedures, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and service standards. They will track key performance indicators, prepare operational reports, and support the implementation of new systems and technologies. The role also involves communicating regularly with internal stakeholders and clients, addressing customer inquiries or complaints, and contributing to continuous process improvements.Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, coaching, and performance monitoring.Experience in Operations and Operations Management, preferably in parking, facilities management, transportation, or related services.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for monitoring KPIs, interpreting reports, and supporting data-driven decisions.Effective Communication abilities for interacting with team members, management, clients, and customers.Knowledge of basic parking technologies and systems; familiarity with traffic or access control systems is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and customer service.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
