Job SummaryThe Business Development & Partnership Manager is responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and new business channels. The role will lead the identification, negotiation, implementation, and management of partnerships with banks, corporates, fintechs, distributors, digital platforms, and other strategic stakeholders to expand customer acquisition, increase SME penetration, and support the company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilitiesv Strategic Growth & Partnerships Develop and execute the partnership and business development strategy. Identify and establish strategic alliances with banks, fin techs, corporates, and ecosystem partners. Create new acquisition channels beyond the existing customer base. v Business Development Generate new portfolio growth opportunities, particularly within the SME segment. Develop Vendor Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Embedded Finance programs. Build strategic relationships with key market participants and industry associations. v Commercial & Stakeholder Management Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements. Structure mutually beneficial business models and revenue-sharing arrangements. Manage executive-level relationships with strategic partners. v Partnership Governance Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs. Ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of partnership programs. Coordinate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Technology, and Sales teams to deliver partnership objectives. RequirementsExperience 10+ years of experience in Banking, SME Finance, Fintech, Financial Services, or Business Development. Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships. Experience in SME lending, supply chain finance, vendor finance, or ecosystem-based business models. Strong exposure to commercial negotiations and complex deal structuring. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
