Join us as we shape the future of customer loyalty!About The Role:As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring, managing, and retaining key partnerships across various sectors. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with current and prospective merchants, ensuring they receive maximum value from our offerings.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Identify and establish new partnerships with merchants to create exclusive promotionsAct as the primary point of contact between the partnerships team and internal departmentsDeliver regular updates and performance metrics to managementCoordinate with teams to finalize new partnership agreementsMeet or exceed performance targets consistentlyResearch and acquire new partners to expand Dsquares' market reachMaintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to understand their needsPromote Dsquares' offerings to merchants, demonstrating their relevance to their business modelsRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:Fluent in spoken and written EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsEducation & Experience:A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or MarketingA degree in a related field is preferredExperience in Telecom, FMCG, or Banking sectors is a plusBenefitsComprehensive Wellbeing: Enjoy peace of mind with our private medical insurance and life cover, plus extra days off for every year you're part of the team.
