If you're passionate, driven, and eager to make an impact—you'll fit right in.About The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with approximately 2 years of experience in software testing.The ideal candidate combines strong testing fundamentals with an understanding of product thinking and user experience.This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to ensure our web and mobile products deliver reliable, intuitive, and bug-free experiences.Duties & Responsibilities:Functional TestingExecute manual testing across web, mobile, and administrative platformsValidate new features against product requirements and acceptance criteriaPerform regression testing before releasesVerify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolvedProduct ValidationReview product requirements and identify gaps, edge cases, and potential risks beforedevelopment begins.Challenge assumptions and provide feedback on user flows and business logicEnsure loyalty, rewards, ordering, payment, and wallet experiences function correctly from anend-user perspective.Validate customer journeys across multiple touchpointsTest Planning & DocumentationCreate and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenariosDocument bugs clearly with reproduction steps, screenshots, and supporting evidenceMaintain testing documentation for future releasesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirementsCollaborate with developers to troubleshoot and reproduce issuesSupport customer-facing teams by investigating reported issues and validating fixesQuality ImprovementContribute to improving QA processes and release proceduresHelp establish quality standards and testing best practicesParticipate in release readiness reviewsCo-own product performance dashboards and future improvements backlogRequirementsRequired Skills2+ years of experience in Software QA or Manual TestingExperience testing web applications and mobile-responsive platformsStrong understanding of software development lifecyclesExperience creating test cases and bug reportsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailPreferred SkillsExposure to Product Management or Product Ownership practicesExperience working in SaaS companiesUnderstanding of loyalty programs, rewards systems, e-commerce, ordering, or fintech productsExperience testing APIs using tools such as PostmanBasic knowledge of SQL and database validationFamiliarity with automation testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsBenefitsComprehensive Wellbeing: Enjoy peace of mind with our private medical insurance and life cover.
