Role SummaryThe Partnerships & Training Officer will act as a bridge between the labor market and our training programs, ensuring that trainees gain relevant skills and successfully transition into employment, as a fundraiser will play a key role in securing financial resources and developing sustainable partnerships to support the foundation’s programs.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence: Monitor labor market trends and identify skills demanded by leading employers.Placement Tracking: Follow up on trainees’ employment status and support their transition into the workforce.Training of Trainers (ToT): Lead and coordinate ToT programs to maintain high-quality training standards.Program Development: Design and introduce specialized workshops aligned with industry needs.Identify and research potential funding opportunities and donor organizations.Develop compelling fundraising proposals and grant applications.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and individual donors.Support the development of fundraising strategies and campaigns. 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.Proven expertise in partnerships, training, and program development.Strong knowledge of the NGO sector and fundraising principles.Excellent skills in market intelligence and analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Certification in TOT (Training of Trainers) is highly desirable.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
