Key Responsibilities:Client Portfolio Management: Serve as the dedicated partner and primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, managing their day-to-day payroll and HR operation needs.End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll cycle, including data verification, generation of comprehensive payroll reports, and accurate client invoicing within strict timelines.Payroll Reconciliations: Maintain proper monthly and Annual payroll reconciliations for clients.Statutory Compliance & Tax Returns: Ensure absolute compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and tax codes. Prepare, validate, and process monthly and annual statutory returns (including social insurance forms and salary tax filings).Funding & Salary Disbursement: Coordinate closely with clients and finance teams to secure funding approvals and ensure on-time, accurate salary payments to employees.Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to international clients and internal teams by providing expert guidance on local payroll regulations, benefits, and labor practices.Discrepancy & Dispute Resolution: Proactively audit payroll data, troubleshoot system calculations, and resolve complex payroll discrepancies by analyzing systemic data.Operational Support: Partner on regional HR projects, system implementation (UAT testing), and complete ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by management.
