The Payroll Executive is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing. The role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations. Strong attention to detail, data handling skills, and confidentiality are required, especially in a manufacturing environment with a large workforce. Requirements (English Only) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR-related roles preferred Good knowledge of payroll processes and Egyptian labor law Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, etc.) Experience with ERP or payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality awareness Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesEnglish proficiency is preferred Experience in manufacturing or large workforce environments is a strong advantage Experience with shift work, overtime calculation, and social insurance procedures is preferred
