Payroll ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time Calculate overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances Prepare employee payslips Maintain payroll records and reports Coordinate attendance and leave data with departmentsPersonnel Responsibilities Handle social insurance procedures and employee files Follow up employee contracts, hiring, resignations, and termination procedures Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies Support HR daily operations and administrative tasks Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations Strong Excel skills Good English communication skills Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
