This role helps shape how people join, grow, and contribute to the mission of improving healthcare through better systems and shared knowledge.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment for key roles across DIME, from sourcing candidates to final interviewsDesign and manage structured hiring and onboarding processesSupport performance and development systems (reviews, feedback, growth plans)Maintain People & Culture documentation, policies, and internal processesHelp strengthen team engagement, communication, and collaborationOrganize learning initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and team development activitiesWork closely with leadership to ensure team growth aligns with DIME’s mission and long-term directionRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For4–7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or organizational developmentExperience working in startups or growing teamsStrong skills in recruitment, people development, and internal systemsAbility to balance empathy with structure and accountabilitySomeone who cares about building healthy teams and meaningful work environments
