If you have an HR background within Advertising, Marketing, or Events agencies , we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Location: El Sheikh Zayed 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers. Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies. Support payroll, attendance, and other HR operations when needed. Why Join Us? What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations. Previous experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency is a must. Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with HR systems is a plus.
