As the world’s first and largest Money Circles app, we’ve digitized the traditional ROSCA model to make it smarter, safer, and more accessible. 💸Since 2018, we’ve empowered over 7 million users to take control of their financial futures with confidence. 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination to support recruitment activities.Support onboarding processes by preparing materials and assisting in new hire integration activities.Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to enhance company visibility and candidate experience.Assist in organizing internal communication and engagement activities to support a positive work environment.Maintain basic TA trackers and ensure accurate data entry to support reporting and ongoing People initiatives.Provide support in ongoing P&O and People-related projects as needed.Key QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR processes is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Comfortable using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
