This role leads HR administration, people data governance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes, while driving continuous improvement and scalable people operations practices. People Data, Systems & ComplianceOwn the accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data across the HR Information System (NetSuite), ensuring timely updates and data consistencyEstablish and enforce HR data standards, documentation guidelines, and compliance controls aligned with labor laws and internal policiesLead internal and external HR audits, ensuring readiness, documentation completeness, and timely closure of findingsGenerate and analyze people operations reports and dashboards to support decision-making and leadership visibility2. Employee Relations & HR GovernanceOversee the preparation and issuance of all HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, salary certificates, experience letters, disciplinary actions, and policy communicationsEnsure all employee communications and documentation are legally compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policiesAct as the first escalation point for employee HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a professional employee experienceOwn onboarding and offboarding operations, ensuring a structured, compliant, and smooth employee lifecycle experience3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits OperationsSupport payroll preparation and coordination, ensuring accurate inputs related to promotions, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and exitsPartner with Finance to ensure payroll timelines, approvals, and controls are met consistentlySupport annual compensation review cycles and ad-hoc salary changes, ensuring policy compliance and accurate executionMaintain oversight of benefits administration and related employee communications4.
