We are hiring a People Partner/HR Consultant for North Africa, Middle-East and Balkans:As an HR Consultant you will be responsible for providing direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to Country Leaders and Leadership teams to maximize performance of the organization. In case of a senior profile the support could also be extended to another country in South Europe, to be evaluated based on workload and priorities.The position reports to the People Partner Lead Southern Europe & Africa Commercial Unit.Location: preferred location Egypt (Cairo), secondary location Serbia (Belgrade). Office-based with flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days per week.Your ChallengeRole model effective leadership behaviors and company’s Values.Champion engagement and inclusion.Take a leadership role in creating a respectful work environment and appropriately executing Corporate policy.Drive efforts toward desired Corporate culture and facilitates management’s ability to lead through change.Provide direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to Country Leaders and Leadership teams to maximize performance of the organization.Manage Employee Relations.Facilitate line management’s ability to lead change processes.Work closely with Regional HR Partners, Center of Expertise and Service Center teams and coordinates HR policies and processes.Work on specific projects with other functional leaders.Maintain awareness and knowledge of local legislation and provide suitable interpretation to staff within the organization.Provide direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to Country Leader and General Managers, functional leaders to maximize performance of the organization.Support the Talent Acquisition processes including on-boarding and new employee orientation.Accountable for execution of Hire to Retire workflow and activities.Accountable for understanding and appropriate implementation of local compensation and benefits practices.Accountable for payroll and time & attendance processes and other retained HR processes dependent on HR service delivery model.Location: Cairo or Belgrade.Key Stakeholders And InteractionsPrimary client groups: Country Leader/General Managers, heads of functions and countries leadership teams.Liaison points: Works closely with SE & Africa People Partner Lead, taking guidance for effective business impact and aligning on priorities.
