Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field5-7 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, with exposure to succession planning and change management.Strong analytical and performance management skills to assess and enhance organizational effectivenessExcellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders, deliver feedback, and lead discussions effectivelyExperience in training and employee development programs to promote workplace learningSolid budgeting skills to assist in planning and managing financial resourcesExceptional organizational and leadership abilitiesPrior experience in performance management or a similar role is a must.
