The ideal candidate should also have an interest or basic experience in content creation, short-form video ideas, SEO, and email marketing.This is a hands-on execution role for someone early in their marketing career who is analytical, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-moving startup environment.๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Support campaigns that increase awareness of Educatly as a platform for passion discovery, career direction, and education planning.Drive traffic, signups, app installs, user activation, and campaign engagement.Test different audiences, creatives, messages, landing pages, and campaign formats.Track and report campaign performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, signups, and activation-related metrics.Work with the design/content team to prepare ad creatives, copy, reels ideas, and campaign briefs.Support short-form content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.Support SEO and programmatic content initiatives by helping identify content opportunities, keywords, and performance insights.Support email marketing and reactivation campaigns when needed.Monitor competitors, digital trends, student behavior, and campaign benchmarks.Share weekly campaign insights and recommendations for improvement.๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€1โ€“3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.Basic understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.Strong interest in performance marketing, growth, content, and digital advertising.Ability to analyze campaign data and turn it into clear recommendations.Creative mindset with the ability to suggest campaign angles, hooks, and content ideas.Good written communication skills in English.
