We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through performance-focused campaigns while continuously improving key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to scale paid channels, analyze campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.Implement and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports.Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.Identify new growth opportunities and test new marketing channels.Manage advertising budgets and scale campaigns based on performance. Experience2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Experience in SaaS or E-commerce marketing is highly preferred.SkillsStrong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS and CPA.Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.
