Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and executive support, manage schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings, handle clerical tasks, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with experience supporting executives in a professional setting.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across different teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and prioritizing commitments.Competency in Clerical tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and general office organization.Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks both on-site and remotely.Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
