Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively advice and guide customers in their purchasing decisions, helping them find the right products and services to meet their needs.. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client feedback is communicated and integrated into business strategies.Sales Engagement: Actively present and sell products and services, using your understanding of the product range to meet and exceed customer expectations and drive sales to align with our company's goals• Inventory Management: Keep track of the goods and supplies of the company, managing product orders to facilitate production and sales.
