Job Title: Pharmacist – Customer Experience (CX)Location: Sheraton-HeliopolisJob Type: Full timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Pharmacist to join our Customer Experience (CX) team — someone passionate about patient care, communication, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service and medical guidance. The ideal candidate combines strong pharmaceutical knowledge with excellent communication and coordination skills. Act as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring their medical inquiries and needs are handled efficiently. Provide accurate medical and product information to patients and coordinate with doctors and nutritionists as needed. Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans. Support the CX team in handling medical complaints and escalations professionally. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and feedback reports. Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nurses, and sales) to enhance the overall patient experience.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations. Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on products, services, and communication best practices.
