Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Phlebotomist will perform blood collection procedures, ensuring samples are taken with accuracy and care. Additional tasks include labeling and handling specimens, maintaining cleanliness and sterility in the work environment, and providing clear communication to patients. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols and collaborating closely with medical staff to maintain seamless operations within the laboratory. Qualifications Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory SkillsKnowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting practicesBasic understanding of Medicine and related protocolsAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling samplesStrong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patientsAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced environmentsCertification or relevant training in phlebotomy preferredPrior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
