Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and business requirements.Develop inventory replenishment plans to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal stock levels.Monitor stock movements, inventory turnover, and product shelf life.Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products.Work closely with Sales teams to understand promotional activities and forecast their impact on demand.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and performance analyses.Identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.Support warehouse and logistics operations by planning product distribution and delivery requirements.Analyze sales and inventory data to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.Maintain planning parameters and master data within ERP or planning systems.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, inventory management, or FMCG distribution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems (oracle).Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning principles.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
