This role is responsible for supporting financial and operational planning activities, including preparing forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for business units. The Planning Specialist will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to gather information, preparing planning documents and presentations, and tracking progress against targets. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting initiatives that enhance service to customers and overall business efficiency.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.Candidates should possess solid Planning skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, and organizing project or operational timelines.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, such as understanding financial statements, metrics, and basic financial modeling.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning or reporting tools; familiarity with insurance or financial services is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
