The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.-Our main goal is to create a positive customer experience through the differentiated journey that our customers live while using the digital bank.-Our Drive: We use our drive and commitment to energies, engage and inspire others, upholding the highest standards of work ethic, honesty and morality.JOB PURPOSESupport the implementation and ongoing application of the Operational Risk Management policies, and procedures.The role contributes to strengthening the bank’s control environment by assisting in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities in coordination with risk owners and under the supervision of senior ORM staff.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in reviewing policies, procedures and banking products (existing and new) to help ensure an adequate control environment in coordination with risk owners.Support the execution of operational risk assessments in line with approved scopes, policies, and procedures.Participate in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises and follow up on action plans to ensure timely implementation in accordance with COSO ERM componentsContribute to the monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and related thresholds in coordination with risk owners.Support the logging and tracking of operational risk incidents and losses, including follow-up on corrective actions.Maintain and update risk and control registers while escalating issues or concerns to senior ORM staff as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE3-5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Internal Control, Compliance, Audit, or Risk-related functions.Basic understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.Working knowledge of Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulatory requirements related to operational risk.Exposure to risk assessment tools such as RCSA, KRI, and incident reporting is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
