RESPONSIBILITIESTranslate corporate strategy into project execution plans and monitor alignment.Lead the evaluation and approval of business cases and project charters.Develop and manage the PMO budget and resource forecasts.Implement portfolio prioritization tools to ensure optimal use of organizational resources.Establish risk escalation paths and project health-check protocols.Collaborate with IT to configure, maintain, and enhance PMIS platforms.Evaluate PMO performance using KPIs such as project success rates, schedule adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.Foster relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to support PMO operations.Represent the PMO in executive governance forums and contribute to strategic planning sessions.QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Engineering10-15 years in project controls or PMO with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented
