SHEHABCO is seeking to hire PMO Manager (Strategic Level) with the following specifications:Job Summary:The PMO Manager will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio performance, and operational excellence across all projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights.Duties and Responsibilities:· Establish and develop PMO frameworks, methodologies, policies, and procedures.· Create a PMO Center of Excellence (CoE) aligned with PMI & P3O standards.· Standardize project management practices across all departments.· Ensure compliance with governance, processes, and reporting standards.· Lead project portfolio planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.· Evaluate new project opportunities based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.· Align all projects with company strategic objectives and business goals.· Support executive management in investment and project selection decisions.· Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.· Monitor project KPIs (SPI, CPI, progress, cost variance, etc.).· Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.· Lead delay analysis, risk mitigation, and EOT claims management.· Develop executive dashboards and reporting systems (Power BI / Primavera).· Provide weekly/monthly portfolio performance reports.· Establish predictive analytics for project performance forecasting.· Drive data-based decision-making across leadership.· Lead implementation and optimization of PM tools (Primavera, ERP, etc.).· Standardize templates, reporting formats, and workflows.· Ensure integration between PMO systems and company platforms.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil).Master’s Degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).+10 years of experience in project management/project controls.Minimum 5–8 years in a PMO leadership role.Proven experience in mega construction/infrastructure projects.Strong background in portfolio and program management.Primavera P6, MS Project.Power BI / Data Analytics tools.ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).Advanced Excel & reporting tools.Sounds good?
