The role requires a highly experienced professional capable of managing intensive training cohorts, maintaining learner engagement throughout full-day sessions, and preparing participants for real-world project management environments in addition to PMP examination success.Key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality live remote PMP training sessionsManaging cohorts of approximately 30 professional learners in intensive 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedulesDeveloping and customizing professional training materials, case studies, mock exams, and workshop activitiesSolving and analyzing PMP past exams and simulation questions with participantsLeading applied project-based learning activities using real-life business scenariosAssessing learner comprehension and mentoring participants throughout their certification journeyCollaborating with internal teams to improve curriculum structure, learner experience, and instructional qualityApplying adaptive teaching methods suitable for remote executive-level learning environmentsThis opportunity offers a highly competitive daily compensation package equivalent to USD value in EGP for qualified candidates with exceptional instructional and professional backgrounds.Qualifications & RequirementsPMP® certified from PMI® (Mandatory)Additional PMI certifications such as ACP®, PgMP®, or RMP® are highly preferredLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly recommendedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related business discipline (Mandatory)MBA or MSc in Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field from a reputable institution (Mandatory)DBA or PhD holders will be highly considered with verifiable credentialsMinimum 10 years of professional Project Management experience within SMEs, multinational corporations, or large-scale organizationsMinimum 5 years of professional training, teaching, coaching, or instructional experienceProven ability to manage intensive full-day training environments and maintain high learner engagementDemonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training material creationStrong communication, facilitation, leadership, and executive presentation skillsStrong understanding of business psychology, learner behavior, and audience engagement methodologiesAbility to deliver highly interactive and effective remote learning experiencesProfessional training certifications such as CPT, PCT, or ToT from recognized institutions may be consideredAll certifications and academic credentials will be subject to verification with issuing institutionsPreferred Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a highly professional, business-oriented instructor with strong executive presence, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proven ability to translate complex project management concepts into practical, real-world applications.The ideal candidate is not only technically certified, but also capable of creating transformational learning experiences that inspire discipline, strategic decision-making, leadership maturity, and professional confidence among learners.Candidates with experience delivering corporate-level PMP bootcamps, executive workshops, or multinational training programs will be strongly preferred.
