Policies & Procedures Technology Unit Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a Policies and Procedures Technology Unit Manager to lead the development, governance, and lifecycle management of technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, technology governance standards, and organizational controls.Job Responsibilities:Develop, review, and maintain technology policies, procedures, and governance documentation.Ensure documentation aligns with IT, Information Security, Data Governance, and regulatory requirements.Manage document lifecycle, version control, and quality assurance processes.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve documentation and governance gaps.Drive continuous improvement of technology documentation, standards, and governance practices.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.MBA, Master’s degree, or executive education/certification in IT Governance, Information Security, Data Governance, Policy Management, Risk Management, or Compliance is preferred.6–8+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, information security governance, data governance, technology documentation, policy management, banking operations, risk, compliance, internal control, or other banking/IT-related roles.Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred, with proven exposure to institutional policy frameworks, procedure development, regulatory alignment, documentation lifecycle management, central repository governance, stakeholder coordination, and audit readiness.Preferred certifications include Policy Management, Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Internal Control, Operational Excellence, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 (Awareness, Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor), Data Governance Certification, or an equivalent professional certification.Human Capital Sector
