A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Technical Trainer at the Siemens Energy Egypt Training Center, you will be instrumental in developing the skills and knowledge of engineers and technicians globally. Your role will involve conducting interactive training sessions, utilizing advanced digital tools for remote learning, and transforming complex technical content into engaging lessons. You will also manage training projects, organize facility tours, and continuously update the curriculum to reflect the latest industry advancements.How You’ll Make an Impact: Deliver specialized theoretical and practical training courses in English.Implement digital learning tools for enhanced training and service support.Continuously update and improve training materials, including digital formats.Manage training projects, including scheduling and certification processes.Uphold environmental, quality, and safety standards during facility visits.Conduct facility tours to showcase advanced training capabilities. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Several years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in transformer manufacturing.Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.High quality orientation, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office and a background in project management is advantageous.About the TeamOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
