The successful candidate will support the sales process by understanding customer requirements, designing appropriate technical solutions, preparing proposals and cost estimates, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The role requires close collaboration with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable ELV, ICT, and related technology solutions.Review RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and project specifications.Prepare technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), solution designs, compliance statements, and cost estimates.Develop system layouts, technical documentation, and solution presentations.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product information, quotations, and technical support.Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements when required.Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.Ensure all proposed solutions comply with project specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, vendors, and technology partners.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products to provide competitive solutions.Support technical clarifications and negotiations during the bidding and project award process.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, or Solution Engineering role, preferably in the ELV, ICT, or system integration industry.Strong understanding of ELV systems, networking fundamentals, and integrated technology solutions.Experience in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD; experience with ERP, CRM, or quotation software is an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills in English and Arabic.Must be currently in Egypt.
