Key Responsibilities1. Presales & Solution Design- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements.- Design end-to-end solutions covering: • Business Process Automation (BPM / Workflow) • Enterprise Portals (Customer / Employee / Government) • System Integration (APIs, ESB, Microservices)- Translate business needs into technical architectures and solution designs.2. Proposal & Tender Management (KSA Focus)- Lead and support technical proposal development for Saudi tenders.- Work extensively with Etimad platform submissions.- Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and compliance matrices aligned with Saudi standards (NCA, SAMA when applicable).3. Client Engagement & Presentations- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.- Deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the sales cycle.4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment- Work closely with Sales & Account Managers and Delivery teams.- Ensure smooth transition from presales to project delivery.5. Market & Product Positioning- Support in defining value propositions and solution positioning.- Stay updated with digital transformation trends and Saudi market requirements.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 3–7+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Engineering- Proven experience in automation platforms (BPM, RPA)- Experience in enterprise portals (Angular, .NET, Java)- Experience in integration technologies (APIs, ESB, Microservices, WSO2, MuleSoft)- Strong experience with Saudi tenders and Etimad platform- Excellent technical writing and proposal preparation skillsPreferred Skills- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks (NCA, SAMA)- Experience in government or large enterprise projects- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesSoft Skills- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines- High attention to detail in proposal writing- Strong business acumen and customer-facing skillsOther Requirements- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia- Ability to work across multiple opportunities simultaneouslyWhat We Offer- Exposure to large-scale Saudi government and enterprise projects- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital transformation solutions- Career growth in a high-impact presales and consulting role
