Their technical expertise and customer-centric approach ensure that clients receive solutions that are not only innovative but also strategically aligned with their goals.Engage regularly with customers to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into effective network solutionsDeliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations to customer teamsDesign end‑to‑end solutions and prepare Bills of Materials aligned with customer and solution requirementsReview, analyze, and respond to RFPs / RFIs / Tenders in a timely and structured mannerCollaborate with internal sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibilityCreate brief technical documents and solution summaries as requiredTravel frequently to customer sites and partner locationsMandatory skills:Strong knowledge of Transport Network Technologies including OTN, DWDM, MPLS‑TP, and GPONExperience working with telecom systems and equipmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to write clear and concise technical documentationWillingness to travel as part of the roleDesired skills:Arabic language proficiencyKnowledge of IP/MPLS and RAN (Radio Access Network)Prior presales or solution engineering experience in telecom service providers or vendors
