Key Responsibilities:* Support solution design, client discovery, and technical proposals* Assist in demos, POCs, and presentations* Coordinate closely with Sales and technical teams* Develop expertise in Grandstream solutions * 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)* Basic knowledge of IP Telephony, UCaaS, or networking is a plus* Strong communication skills and learning mindset* Relevant certifications are an added advantage
