Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical PresalesAnalyze customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.Design end-to-end solutions for IPTV, networking, and Passive Network projects.Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, and compliance documentation.Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.Deliver Proof of Concept (POC) and technical evaluations.Support sales teams during customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.Solution DesignDesign IPTV systems including multicast architecture, content distribution, middleware integration, and endpoint connectivity.Design network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, and network segmentation.Design passive infrastructure including:Structured cabling systemsFiber optic solutionsRacks and cabinetsPatch panelsCable management systemsTender & Documentation SupportReview RFP, RFQ, and tender documents.Prepare technical compliance matrices and required documentation.Develop solution diagrams, network topology, and technical submittals.Prepare BOQ and material specifications based on project requirements.Vendor & Partner SupportCoordinate with vendor technical teams for solution validation and escalations.Attend technical trainings and certification programs.Provide technical enablement and product training for channel partners, resellers, and internal sales teams.Internal EnablementConduct internal product and solution training sessions.Prepare technical guides, presentations, and solution documentation.Support demo lab setup, product testing, and interoperability validation.Post-Sales Support (When Required)Support implementation teams during project deployment.Assist in troubleshooting during pilot or initial deployment phases.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.1-3 years of experience in Presales, Networking, Telecommunications, or System Integration.Strong understanding of:TCP/IPVLANsMulticast (IGMP/PIM)Routing & SwitchingIPTV architectureStructured cabling standard
