Follow Sales plan concerning Priority banking customers in view of Bank strategy, goals and specified targets.Manage and service all Priority Banking customers in the branch.Establish and develop relationships with Priority Banking customers to promote the bank’s products & services in view of customers needs.Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBE regulations.Provide service assistance to all walk in priority customers in the branch and attend to customer complaints during agreed TAT.Assist priority banking relationship managers in managing customer accounts and the execution of daily transactions and inquiries. Understand and promote value proposition.Maintain the relationship with other departments and branches in the bank.Maintain follow-up process on all transactions .Maximize profitability by deepening customer relationship , referrals and cross-selling.Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies and procedures.
