Role Description:Support Bank’s risk assessment and mitigation activities for private equity investments, analyze complex data and provide insights that inform strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with the bank's investment policy.Core Responsibilities:•Support risk assessment and mitigation activities for private equity investments, aiding in the evaluation of entry and exit strategies.•Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to assess potential risks related to capital increases, restructuring, and liquidation.•Collaborate with the Investment Sector to gather data, analyze trends, and contribute to effective risk mitigation strategies.•Monitor and analyze the private equity portfolio, providing insights on risk exposure and suggesting improvements to safeguard assets.•Document findings and create detailed reports on risk analysis, presenting insights and recommendations to senior team members.•Assist in the development of financial models to quantify risk factors associated with private equity investments.•Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments, evaluating financial statements and operational performance.•Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting private equity, ensuring the team is well-informed of potential risks.Technical Competencies:Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis toolsKnowledge of private equity performance metrics and risk assessment frameworks.Statistical AnalysisDomain Expertise:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or statistics from accredited university.Advanced level of Computer Skills.ACI is Preferable
