Responsibilities:Conduct research and analysis of client needs, industry trends, and market dynamicsContinuously track the implementation of approved strategies and their performance against predefined metricsGather feedback from internal stakeholders to assess strategy effectivenessOversee the CRM system to ensure accurate client data, pipeline tracking, and reporting.Train & Support GTB teams on CRM best practices, ensuring adoption & compliance.Generate insightful dashboards and reports and help generate cross-selling & upselling opportunities through CRM reports.Follow up on Sector’s deadlines, timelines, & segment reminders as per defined account planning cyclesPerform checks on full-plan completion by RMs & PMs while escalating delays as requiredProvide help & support to RMs & PMs with the manual account planning tool (excel based)Aggregation & tracking of identified opportunities & their realizationPortfolio/client allocation to RMs & PM in GTB on commercial segmentation screen.Periodic monitoring of any external segment migration required (e.g., LC SME)Liaise with Commercial Planning & CRM function colleagues in SME to manage & conduct handoversPeriodic review of segmentation rulesCreation & developing of data dashboards to highlight achieved Vs budgeted figures and provide insights for senior managementTechnical Competencies:Excellent understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the regionConsolidated commercial background, including experience using corporate CRM platformProblem solving and excellent analytical skillsDemonstrable strategic thinking abilities & strong communication capabilitiesStrong teamwork & collaboration skills (maybe required to join agile squads)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree business or any relevant field.Minimum 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in banking sector or financial institutions.Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages
