PROCESS ENGINEER

Join our team as a Process Engineer and help us shape the future of efficient manufacturing!Key Responsibilities Improve and optimize production processes to reduce waste and minimize time, effort, and cost. Develop, update, and maintain process sheets for all machines and workstations. Monitor daily operations to ensure full compliance with process standards and specifications. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality. Create and manage operation timelines to increase productivity and efficiency across the plant. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the home appliances industry is a strong advantage). Knowledge and practical experience working with ERP systems. Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities. A proactive mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation. Fluency in Arabic and English.
