Reception of Equipment:Control and receive all equipment during the initiation of a new project or as needed for serial life.2. Installation and Validation of Equipment:Order, validate, and evaluate new crimping equipment according to the YEL Standard.Ensure specifications are met for new equipment orders.Manage the movement of equipment during layout changes.Conduct equipment validation as per YMEA procedures, including: (Calibration, Setting, Capability studies)3. Coordination:Act as the Representative for COSEE Crimping.Coordinate with other departments, PTC, and other YEL plants.Manage team dynamics and oversee the transfer of equipment.4. Staff Management:Lead actions dedicated to team development and performance.5.
