Egybell is hiring a p2p Admin for a multinational company.Location: New Cairo fifth settlementKey Responsibilities:• Obtain internal approvals and prepare Payment Recommendations in accordance with the received invoices and approved scope of Work.• Ensures that issued purchase orders are showing the correct Incoterms and clearly indicating any anticipated additional cost "freight, customs, clearance…. etc.• Analyses and evaluate all the purchasing requests to ensure clarity and completeness of each package.• Follow up with the suppliers to receive the bank guarantees and invoices to prepare the payments according to the agreed conditions.• Tracking of contracts and updating the capex budget sheets.• Handling the queries received from the vendors & ensure providing clear reply to be circulated.• Regular reporting of all executed contracts, paid/unpaid invoices, Pos.• Prepare regular reports on invoice backlog• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with the P2P ProcessesQualification:• Proficient in MS office (MS Excel / Word) and Knowledge of proprietary.• Experience in ERP systems.• Experience in procurement process, form of Contracts• Strong attention to details with solid analytical and problems solving skills• Fluent in English - reading & writing
