Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver world-class projects with efficiency, transparency, and precision.What You’ll AchieveProcurement OperationsHandle end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.Review and analyze technical specifications to ensure procurement requirements align with project needs.Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier bids, and coordinate negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement.Supplier ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues affecting delivery, quality, or compliance.Collaboration & DocumentationCoordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to align procurement with project timelines.Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and contract files.Support cost control and budget tracking efforts in line with company financial goals.What You’ll Bring to ACCBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field).Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction materials, market trends, and sourcing strategies.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks across projects.Why ACC?At ACC, we foster a culture where collaboration and innovation drive success, and professional growth is a key priority.
