Location: Almanshia – AlexandriaOrient Group for Food Industries looking for a Procurement Manager who can help shape the next stage of our growth.This role is designed for a procurement professional who has experience operating in complex manufacturing environments and understands how procurement decisions directly impact cost, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and business continuity.We're seeking someone who can:* Build and execute sourcing strategies rather than simply react to purchasing requests.* Develop strategic supplier partnerships and negotiate long-term value.* Lead cost optimization initiatives that create measurable business impact.* Manage procurement risks and ensure supply continuity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.* Utilize data, ERP systems, and market intelligence to drive informed decisions.* Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.  • Solid experience leading procurement teams within a manufacturing environment.• Strong background in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.• Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve procurement performance.• Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.• A hands-on leader who can balance operational priorities with long-term strategy.• Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
