Specializing in cutting-edge HVAC, firefighting, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment systems, the company serves commercial, industrial, oil & gas, and residential projects.Responsibilities:Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers for mechanical materials Follow up with suppliers for quotations and technical documents Maintain supplier contact database and records Review shop drawingsCollect supplier quotations for mechanical materials Assist in preparing quotation comparison sheets Verify quotation completeness and technical data Assist in preparing purchase orders based on approved quotations Ensure purchase documentation is properly recorded Support compliance with procurement procedures Prepare the material submittals for the project and obtain consultant approvalFollow up with suppliers on delivery schedulesCoordinate with warehouse or project teams for delivery updates Track procurement status and update records Maintain procurement records and filing systems Update procurement tracking sheets and reports Support procurement team with administrative tasks Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering· 2-4 years of experience in procurement or mechanical engineering· Basic understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing materials· Proficiency in using the AutoCAD program· MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems (preferred)Job Location: 6 October cityTo apply pls send your CV to our Platform, using the below Link:https://al-meshka-hiring-production.up.railway.appOrhr@al-meshka.com
