Specializing in cutting-edge HVAC, firefighting, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment systems, the company serves commercial, industrial, oil & gas, and residential projects.Responsibilities:Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers for mechanical materialsFollow up with suppliers for quotations and technical documentsMaintain supplier contact database and recordsReview shop drawingsCollect supplier quotations for mechanical materialsAssist in preparing quotation comparison sheetsVerify quotation completeness and technical dataAssist in preparing purchase orders based on approved quotationsEnsure purchase documentation is properly recordedSupport compliance with procurement proceduresPrepare the material submittals for the project and obtain consultant approvalFollow up with suppliers on delivery schedulesCoordinate with warehouse or project teams for delivery updatesTrack procurement status and update recordsMaintain procurement records and filing systemsUpdate procurement tracking sheets and reportsSupport procurement team with administrative tasksQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering· 2–4 years of experience in procurement or mechanical engineering· Basic understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing materials· Proficiency in using the AutoCAD program· MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems (preferred)Job Location: 6 October cityTo apply pls send your CV to our Platform, using the below Link:https://al-meshka-hiring-production.up.railway.app
