Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:The Procurement specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing electrical materials, and services required for maintenance.The role ensures timely purchasing, cost optimization, compliance with project specifications, and coordination with suppliers, project teams.Key Responsibilities:*Construction Background is a MUST * Purchasing electrical materials according to project requirements* Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors.* Negotiate pricing, delivery terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing* Review technical specifications and ensure purchased items meet project standards.* Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.* Maintain procurement records and prepare purchasing reports.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree* Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain within the maintenance industry.* Knowledge of electrical systems, materials, standards.* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Skills:* Vendor management* Cost analysis and budgeting* Negotiation skill* Technical evaluation of electrical materials* Time management and attention to detail
