Department: Data Insights & Automation, Digital & Technology Platform Services.Location: Cairo, Egypt.We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Analytics Products Engineering team and support the evolution of RGM & Finance products within a portfolio of core AI powered solutions across the Commercial and Finance streams.RGM & Finance products are AI powered decision engines that transform complex commercial and financial data into actionable insights to drive profitable growth. The Promo Advanced Analytics Tool (PAAT) enables deep post event analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI, while within the Revenue Growth Management stream, the OBPPC product supports commercial strategy and Pricing Copilot focuses on pricing optimization, enabling more responsive, data driven decisions aligned with market dynamics.In the Finance stream, AI powered analytics transform financial, tax related and contractual data into trusted insights. This includes solutions that support corporate audits through automated validation of CDE contracts, the Tax Management Fees tool that strengthens tax governance by simplifying and digitizing general management fees processes and supporting activities collection for general management fees process, and the Finance A&I Channel Profitability Ecosystem, which integrates financial internal and external data into actionable plans—enabling disciplined, scalable execution across markets.Within this context, the Product Analyst plays a critical role in turning product vision and design into execution-ready delivery — ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across requirements, solution design, and implementation.This role sits at the heart of the product team, working closely with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to drive high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Translate design inputs, user journeys, and business needs into clear functional specifications and structured requirements• Support the Product Manager in shaping features, user stories, and acceptance criteria• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with product objectives• Act as the bridge between design intent and technical implementation• Work closely with Data Science teams to define expected outputs, assumptions, and interpretation logic• Validate analytical and AI outputs against business expectations and use cases• Monitor product usage and operations, identifying improvement opportunities• Shape solution designs together with the Product Manager, Architect, and engineering teams.• Define and maintain high‑quality backlog items (Epics, Features, User Stories) and support sprint planning.• Participate in estimation sessions and contribute to effort sizing with engineering team.• Support validation of end-to-end scenarios and product behavior• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas proactively• Partner with engineering, data, and governance teams to align end‑to‑end product delivery.• Maintain documentation (Wikis, flow diagrams, functional specs, Product Changelog).• Identify improvement opportunities based on data, feedback, and performance trends.• Support release readiness, testing validation, and operational handover.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.• 3–5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within digital or data-driven environments• Strong grasp of Agile / SAFe and experience working in cross-functional product teams• Can translate designs and business needs into clear, structured, and testable product specifications• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders with confidence• Confident in working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers• Think analytically, enjoy solving problems, and pay strong attention to detail• Comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly in fast-paced, AI-driven environments• Tech-savvy, curious, and proactive in exploring new tools and approaches• Experience in FMCG, Commercial and Finance domains• Familiar with Python, SQL, and general data concepts• Have exposure to Azure, Databricks, PBI, AI/ML, or data-intensive products• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.• Excellent spoken and written English• Communication, organizational and analytical skillsABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
