Track orders and follow up to ensure timely resolution & customer satisfaction. Respond to WhatsApp customer messages related to remote replacements. Monitor remote replacement stock levels. Prepare and review remote replacement reconciliation. Perform monthly scanning & registration of remote replacement and B2Bdevices. Assist in CX programs (CCP bags, Device takeback, VEEV takeback, SWAPS,MBG) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in operations, reverse logistics, after-sales service, or warranty management (preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or e-commerce).Fluent in English.presentable.Strong critical-thinking skills to resolve bottlenecks in the repair pipeline and handle escalated customer/vendor issues.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse third-party vendors and cross-functional internal teams.Ability to multitask and prioritize high volumes of operational tickets in a fast-paced environment.
